Cancelation Policy

At Leebow we understand schedules can suddenly change, along with freak weather storms that bring last minute closures for both schools and Leebow staff. In these incidents we will work with the person who booked to reschedule. 

However, for all other reasons the below cancelation policy applies to all.

If for what ever reason the booking is canceled within 7 working days of commencement date the booking deposit is nonrefundable. We will always do our best to work with our customers to accommodate change of dates with reasonable advance notice.
